About Us

Lisa MacAlpine, RMT

Tammy PrichardLisa graduated with honors from ICT Northumberland College in 2003, and has been practicing in multidisciplinary settings since that time. Lisa has studied post graduate courses in Myofascial release, Osteopathic techniques, Thai Yoga Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Stone Massage and has gained a great deal of experience working with athletes, treating a wide variety of athletic injuries. Lisa’s interests are in deep tissue and sports massage, as well as treating TMJ dysfunction.
 
Lisa is passionate about sport and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Her passion for health and well being is what lead her to study Massage Therapy, as well as her current studies at Dalhousie University, where she is pursuing a BSc in Health Promotion.
 
Lisa believes in an integrated, proactive approach to health care and that massage therapy can help you on your path to optimal health.
